Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

A Notice of Appeal was filed giving the Plaintiff 20 days to file a complaint. Its past the 90 days. So should there now should I file for relief from Judgment of Non Pros??? This is in Chester Co. Pa.

At 20 days you were to send "The Important 10 Notice" Then after 10 days you file a Pracipe to dismiss. Then unless the fail a motion to open with in 10 days the appeal is dismissed..
