Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

What are my otions if my previous landlord has not forwarded me my security rent. My lease stipulated I was to receive a written explanation of any charges deducted and the remaining monies within 30 days. It has been 30 days and I haven't heard anything.

Under Pennsylvania law, you can sue for double the amount of the security deposit if you provided the landlord with a forwarding address. Let me know if you need further help.
