new owner of trailerpark making outrages demands

New owner of trailer park says that we have to pay $50.00 a year to have our mobile home inspected, also said we can no longer hang clothes on clotheslines. these poles and lines have been in park for over 30 years! he also wants all our personal information. I'm worried about identity theft. These are just a FEW things. Can we do anything about these changes?

First thought is to take a look at you existing lease. What does it say about these issue?

Second, how do the other tenants feel about the proposed changes. If most of the tenants have similiar issues it might convince him to either abandon or modify the proposed changes.
