Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

ownership and property disposal

Person lived in my home (several years), paid no ''rent'', then left. Clothing and furniture still here. I don't want it. What are my options, responsibilities, etc. in disposing of these goods? Do I have to keep them for a certain amount of time? Can I dispose of them at all? etc.
