PA Law Governing Rental Property Late Fees

My landlord is trying to charge us a late fee for the month of August in the amount of $131 claiming that the late fee was ''calculated based on state laws of 2% per day. I would like to know what PA law states and if I should legitamately have to pay this much money in late charges.

I would ask the landlord to give a cite to that law. I bet you a free 15 minute call they can't.

Also collecting such a late fee most likely would be a violation of laws of Pennsylvania.
