Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I paid my rent on August 1st. August 5th I recieved an eviction notice for 10 days later. August 14th I was out of the house no damages and landlord said she would pro-rate my rent. It is September 12th and I still have not recieved the rest of my rent so I txted her she is refusing to pay me. No reason, she just said no. What do I do?

You could take her to small claims court. Just make sure you have sufficient proof of your conversations leading up to your eviction. Also, I would send her a demand letter informing her that you are going to take her to court. She might want to avoid that whole situation and settle with you.
