Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
Pls Help Very Important
My uncle was issued a judgement against me in the amount of $2200 over two years ago, I was never served the paperwork on this until the Constable showed up at the place that I was living at the time. They are going to do a Sheriff's sale I need to know what I can do.

You may still be able to object to the judgment on the grounds that you were not properly notified (depending on how the judgment arose). Bankruptcy is an another alternative.
