Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
Hello, my name is rechelle. Recently I found a 3 bedroom house for rent on craigslist for $600 a month. It seemed alittle to good to be true. I have been coresponding with the owners via email. [email protected]. They said they have recently moved to the UK on business and money isnt the problem they just want clean caring people to look after their home. They've asked for the $1200 to be sent western union then I'll get the keys. I told them It looked like I was being scamed so they sent a lease agreement through email to download. I'm not sure what to do?
