rent increase

Is my landlord allowed by law to increase my rent B4 the lease is up?

We are only 3 months into the lease.

Re: rent increase

No he is restricted to what the lease says the rent is. That's why you signed a lease, to keep the monthly rented fixed to a given amount.

If he wants more money he needs to get you to sign a new lease otherwise a deal is a deal.
