Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I want to rent a trailor with my boyfriend. The landlord we would have wants the rent and security deposit check then she wants a separate blank check that's signed incase we try getting out of the lease she can take the money out of my account. Is this legal?

Legal? I don't think so. She's only entitled to a fix amount of security deposit.
If you give her a signed blank check she can clean out your account and then some, So doing what you ask isn't allowed and actually giving her a blank check is really really bad for you. If you have stop payment on the check and let her know that it's been stopped.
