The mold problem if it has not been corrected by your landlord could entitile you to a percentage rate abatement or even serve as a constructive eviction terminating the lease or you may be entitiled to bring an action against your landlord for either negligence, breach of lease breach of warrant of habilbility. I suggest you contact an attorney to discuss your options.
