Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I am currently renting, I started renting in December of 2015 and once I got the lease, I asked them if it was okay that we have cats, she responded in a text message they love cats and yes, the other determining factor was once our year lease was up would they be willing to rent to us afterwards because our job would be moving us 2 or 3 months after our lease, and she responded in a text that that we could rent as long as we want, now she is texting everyday asking about our cats saying we shouldn't have them however the lease says nothing about pets in it, and then tried to accuse me of having someone else live here and went on with how she does not want her house destroyed and we just had a visitor in from out of town for a week, then told me she was selling the house and wanted to know my plans after december. She drives by our house 5 times or more a day, although her street is 3 streets the other direction she still drives through our alley most of the time and really slow by our house. Is this considered harassment, and what do I do about it legally since I am a tenant, I feel like I am trapped and I am not doing anything wrong. For the last two days she continues to text me about personal matters nothing with the house, I have asked her to contact my husband for anything so I am not responded to her.

The legal term of art you are looking for is "quiet enjoyment". is a right to the undisturbed use and enjoyment of real property by a tenant.
Sounds like you landlord is a little bit around the bend. So write here a letter to allow you to have your quiet enjoyment.
