Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
I signed a lease with my now ex-girlfriend. She moved out after 4 months of a year lease. When we first moved in she paid the security deposit. From there on out we split the rent, until she moved out and I pay every month now. Can she legally make me pay her the amount of the security deposit before of after the lease is up?

I would need to see the lease, but it would make sense that you can use the security deposit to offset any rent that she owes to you.
