Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

If the son of lessee bails out the tenant when eviction has been applied for, can lessor refuse payment? I think that's what they may do, then I will already have paid for the process.

Well as the DJ will instruct the tenant If you pay you can stay. So you can't make good on the eviction if they can pay their rent.
