Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Squatter's rights for an ex boyfriend not paying rent

I was in a relationship with a man who did not pay his share of bills. I own a home and had allowed him to stay with me. A while after ending the relationship, I gave him one month to move out on June 23rd. He asked me about remaining there as my roommate and paying rent, and I avoided discussing it and made no promises. After a day where he went a little crazy on me, I asked him about when he was moving out and told him he only had a few days left. He now claims he has ''squatter's rights'' and that he can stay for up to a month from the day we had the argument. He has not paid me anything since I told him to move out on June 23rd and does not intend to pay me anything. Can I legally change the locks at the end of this month?

Squatter's Rights? What law school did he attend? Did he show you a statute? Case law?

If his name isn't on the deed. You can ask him politely to leave. If he doesn't call the police.
