Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
In the state of Pennsylvania, how long do you have to move your stuff out after given a notice to quit? My friend has been given such a notice but she has nowhere to take her stuff, having no vehicle. Are there any options for her so that she can have more time to sort that issue out? Thank you so much in advance.

Once a notice to quit has been served then with in a week or so of the date given in the notice there will be an eviction hearing. generally she'll have 10 days to appeal or leave. If not the constable may remove her.
