Does a subleter in Pa. have to have the lease notarized?

Who knows. Without reading the lease it would be hard to say.
There seems to be a misconception of what notarizing a signature means, What it means is that the notary has seen you sign the document and that you have proved to the notary who you are. It's believed because if the notary didn't see you sign it. Or didn't see proof of who you are they are in trouble.
