Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

The tenant is skipping out on rent and a lease contract for the apartment. I have no social security number and no real form of identification as I am from China. Also my landlord/manager didn't take any references from me. And I changed my bank account information and all. So my manager/landlord doesn't have my current bank account information. Is there anyway that my manager/landlord can track me if I change my bank account information and or don't have a social security number and no references?

You keep asking the same question. Renting to a tenant without either a SSN or any reference either makes you either stupid or you have such a substandard rental unit that nobody with id would rent it. Next time get real id.. You're not going to either find this person or if you do that they have dime one to pay you.
