My landlord is accusing me of stealing, and I cant afford a lawyer so I wanted to see if I could get some answers on here. What can I expect as far as her legal action, and what can I do to protect myself and my home?

There is nothing to address until she takes action. If you want to do something, send her a letter regular and CRR mail, stating that you were upset and offended by her accusations that you ___(fill in the blank)___, and deny it. You may want to tell her she better not speak with others about her accusations and defame you, without having proof. Then if it ever does go to court, you have already denied her accusations.
