Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
An IT training company offered to train me and place me on a job. It took $500 from me as a fee. Practically, , there was no training. They gave us free accommodation which was not owned by them. It was rented. Even though, there was no training, they sent applications, with fake resumes claiming 5 or 6 years experience. It took about one year to find a job for me which required about 5 to 6 years experience. I had no training., no experience. Naturally, like many others, I lost the job. Now, the owner tells me he will not send my resumes any more. He is not giving any training too. He is asking me to get out of the free accommodation, as soon as possible. My immediate concern is about my accommodation. The guy is not even on the lease. Can he ask me to get out like this? even if he can, there must be a procedure to do it. I need your help. My email address is: [email protected]

As we say in this country you've been conned.
Evicting you is not going to be the easiest thing to do. In fact unless he hold the lease or owns the property some one else will have to file with the court to evict you. Who that would be is unclear.
Your other problem is you don't give any idea where you are. If you want a lawyer to be interest in help youm hey will need to know where you are.
