I own my mobile home on a rented lot in a park. How much access does land lord legally have to my property and/or the rented lot. Is he required to give notice before entering rented property.

Can he damage my personal property while ''looking'' for lease violations?

What does your lease say about his access? If the lease is silent then the implied covenant of quiet enjoyment applies.

In either case he may NOT damage personal property.
