Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
im tryimg to file a small cliam in pennsylvania district court for unreturned deposit for a place i never move in or didnt sign any contract/lease. I called the place for information and they ask me " what am i charging him with" and i replied for my money back. The clerk cant advise me in anyway and told me to call a lawyer. So am i charging this guy for landlord/tenant, thief ????? i dont know
