Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania

Unauthorized pictures appearing on the internet

My landlord has decided to sell the home I am curently living in. The realtor and herself came and were suppose t o take pictures of the outside. They also ended up taking pictures of the inside. I had asked to proof and approve the pictures before they posted to the internet. That never happen, I found the pictures on the internet already posted for public view. Included in the pictures are pictures of my minor children, and personal belongings. Is it legal to put these pictures on the internet without my consent?

Re: Unauthorized pictures appearing on the internet

I'm not sure what kinds of personal belongings you're referring to, so it's hard to answer that question. However, it is not appropriate for them to post pictures of your children, taken inside of your house, without your consent.
