I moved in with a friend and they told me all I was responible for a gas bill 6 months later they changed the locks on me because of a disaggrement is that legal

Even if there was a lease making you responsible for anything more than the gas bill changing the locks is a self help eviction. Self help evictions are not legal in Pennsylvania.
