Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
URGENT! I got a letter from my landlord stating that my lease will not be renewed. I'm an excellent tenant and pay on time. After investigating, it's because another tennant complained of noise. The noise complaint is false. There was no warning, there was no investigation to get to the bottom of this complaint. Can the landlord deny me a lease on unfounded accusations? What can I do?

Unfortunately, so long as you were served with written notice of the landlord's intent not to renew, as called for in the lease, a landlord can decide not not to renew, even if you were the perfect tenant. Check your lease for the clause regarding termination at the end of the term and make sure your landlord has complied with the lease language. If not, you should consult an attorney.
