A Writ of Possession permits the landlord to have the Sheriff evict you from the property to regain possession. Before a Writ of Possession is issued, generally the landlord would have had to go to muncipal court or district justice court and obtain a judgment against you for failure to pay rent or other reasons. If you used a phoney name to sign a lease, an alias Writ simply means that you used a fake name to get the rental. In any event you should have received some sort of Notice from the court about the lawsuit or the Writ. You should really consult with a lawyer.
