Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pennsylvania
This year I was planning on moving into a house with 4 other people. The deposit was $400 but I only paid $200. I signed the lease and everything, but then I realized that I couldnt move into the house. I told them that Im not moving into the house and I asked to be taken off the lease. They took me off the lease and now they want me to pay the remaining $200. I want to know if I legally have to pay them the $200 or be taken to court.

Really? Why should you pat another dime? You're no long on the lease as a matter of fact why don't you get your $200 back?
