Re: lawyer is sleeping with my wife

Although the Code of Professional Conduct, which governs lawyer conduct, does not specifically prevent a lawyer from sleeping with a client, there are several other sections of the Code that would lead to dicipline for this type of conduct. A lawyer is responsible for representing a client in a competent manner. A lawyer should avoid even the slightest appearance of impropriety in representing a client. A lawyer shoud not personally involve himself in a clients interests. A lawyer should not become a witness in a client's case. All of these it appears, this lawyer has done. Contact the Diciplinary Board of the Supreme Court. Call information for their Harrisburg numbeer.
