Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Pennsylvania

I recently took my car to get serviced at a dealership. The job took 4 hours and I was charged for 5. When I questioned the dealership they said they charge a standard rate per job. No where is this listed nor where they able to provide me with it in writing. Is this legal?

Its probably not legal, but you would have to take the dealer to small claims court, and pay a filing fee and service costs. If you win, you would get this back. So its really an economic decision if you want to go this route the cost involved would be approxiamately 60-80 dollars.
