if I report an co worker of stealing,can my idenity be reveiled by the company if i was reporting anonymously to their third party code of conduct number?

If the third party code of conduct number is truly anonymous, then your identity should ot revealed. On the other hand, if your employment is such that you are one of the few people in close contact with the co-worker, I am sure that he will likely suspect you of revealing the information. If, on the other hand, it comes out that you knew of the co-employees theft, but did nothing about it, your job could be at risk.
