Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Pennsylvania

Transportation Contract with Public School

We have had an 'automatically renewed' transportation contract with a public school for Ten years. With no written admonishment this school has decided to 'not renew' this year. After Three weeks of attempts we still have no explaination or reasoning to why this took place. Of course the contract is very protective of the school district - but being that we entertained the automatic renewal for Ten years do we have any recourse, in your opinion?

Re: Transportation Contract with Public School

we would have to read you original contract with school dstrict and any subsequent communications concerning the contract. There is also the issue of the district's requirement to bid contracts. If you wish, please call me 610 565-3700 ex.242
