Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Burned during a ZOOM whitening procedure

During a ZOOM whitening procedure, both my upper and lower inside lips were burned. I returned to the office twice and each time they said, yes, it is a burn. I contacted a lawyer but since I was not scarred, it was just too small. He advised me to find the medical malpractice information and submit a claim. I am not able to get the information from the company. They are not responding. I don't want to file in small claims court since there is no obligation to pay and I don't want a lien against the company.

How do I find out the insurance company OR is there a better option for me? I was very hurt and unable to eat solid foods for about 7 days, the burn not resolving for about 10 days. I was off from work for 1.5 days and had to cancel a business trip because I was swollen and in pain.

What should I do?

Perhaps you could have an attorney send a letter to get things moving if all you are looking for is for their medical malpractice insurance information. If you need some assistance feel free to contact my office - [email protected].
