If you have expert supporting documentation, do you need an attorney to file a malpractice claim for over $10,000.Is a suit required .Can you represent yourself.How do you file complaint with the State dental authority.

You are not required to have an attorney to file and you can represent yourself. However, for the best results you need an attorney. As for filing a complaint with a state dental authority you can do a google search and track that information down.
