Doctor took my wife's ovaries
My wife had surgery to remove her gall blatter last month. Later in the month she had her appendix removed and in the x-rays it appeared that her ovaries had also been removed. She did not give consent for this and we are sueing the doctor who performed the surgery. How much can we expect from the pending lawsuit???

You refer to a pending lawsuit. If you are already represented by counsel you should look to your lawyer for an answer to your question.
If you have not consulted a lawyer your suspicions certainly deserve further investigation at the least.
Case values depend upon the particular jurisdiction within the state and the nature of the evidence. Age and circumstances of the victim are critical. The specific nature of any physical consequences and their anticipated duration are also relevant.
It is hard to imagine how during a gall bladder proceedure ovaries were removed. Different part of the body. Not in the surgical field. Same can be said of the appendectomy. Who has confirmed for you that ovaries were removed? Is your wife receiving treatment with hormone therapy?
