Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania
My friend was arrested with paraphernelia charges. She was given an offer to do a 3 month program, that will expunge her record. She is an LPN, will she lose her license?

She is a nurse and works with medications in her job. A conviction of such charge may impact on her license. generally if one is admitted into a diversion program the person does not have a conviction and the arrest record may be expunged providing she completes all terms of the program which may include a period of probation. This may prevent her from having the loss of her license. I would suggest she ask her attorney who represented her about the impact on her license.
