Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

hammertoe surgery

May 2007 After several attempts of telling the surgeon of pain that I had been having(did not occur right away) he would tell me to massage it-the pain was affecting not only that toe but another toe and the ball of my foot, he said the the pain in the ball was because as we age the fat from the ball pushes up into the toes.. I went to another podiatrist-he asked me if I had ever seen a postoperative x-ray-told him no. He took one and said no wonder the surgeon did not take one- he showed it to me. When I told him what the doctor said , he said he was wrong. So he had orthotics made to help relief the pain without more surgery. Said he doesn't like to go against another doctor but the surgery was a really bad botched job and I will be in pain the rest of my life. He said I should talk to an attorney and that he would be glad to talk on my behalf . I am just trying to get some info as to how to find an attorney and the guidelines. Thank you so much for answering me and I hope I gave you enough information.

Re: hammertoe surgery

you need to contact an attorney that handles malpractice cases. I can help or refer you to someone in your area. You need to make sure that the person has sufficient capital to handle your case through trial. Give me a call.
