My attorney will not return my phone calls, or answear my letters.

He is refusing to give me any updates about my lawsuite.

What should I do

Options include:

Notifying the State Bar Association ethics committee. Outcomes may include discipline of the attorney. No direct financial benefit to you.

Contact a legal malpractice attorney. Legal malpractice cases are tough-you need to prove that the attorney would have achieved a collectible

judgment or settlement.

A third option is to try to find another attorney to take over the case. This may be a difficult proposition.
