Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

Medical license revolked!

My physciatrist seen me first in Pennsylvania, for loke 18 mts. just found out, he didn't have a license to pratice in Pa. He does not have a phycciatry license at all. So he moves to N.J. in January 09' and is still treating me right now. I find out his license was revolked in N.J back in Julu 08'. Can I seek civil damages ? Do I need to contact the attorney general in both PA. & N.J thx

Yes you do have a claim and you should report him. This is a serious offense and tou better be certain about your facts
