Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania

MedMal in PA

What is the statute of limitations for bringing a MedMal suit in PA, and how would I know if I have a valid case?

In October 2003 a gynocologist performed a surprise rectal exam during a routine appointment on a patient who had an illeo-anal anastamosis, the result of colo-rectal surgery. The doctor caused a fissure. The patient required the medical expertise of her surgeon through several visits and much medication, and is still having physical problems due to the doctor's mistake.

You should consult an attorney. General statue 2 yrs. but there can be exceptions. Don't delay.
