staff infection

went in the hosiptal with fluid in my knee for 5 days got out a week later i was back in with a staf infection

Whether or not you have a malpractice case will depend on a number of factors including, when this occurred, whether you have permanent damages, whether it can be demonstrated that you�re treating doctors were careless in treating your knee, etc.
