Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania
Is it unusual for a medical malpractice case,that is being represented to armstrong county courthouse, for the 3 judges serving at the courthouse refuse to hear the case? then our attorney had to seek a travelling judge to hear the case and he is for us and demanded all info being requested from our attorney to be submitted within 30 days. is this normal for all 3 judges to refuse tohear the case,and for what possible reason?
