Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Pennsylvania
Wrong Prescription ... TWICE
In 2005 I was prescirbed ,what I found out 2 months ago, to be the wrong lens for my glasses. I complained a number of times to walmart and they brushed it off. In approx. a month after getting the glasses, I became dizzy(on one of the many occasions) and tore my rotator cuff. I can no longer do the work that I did. Went back in the spring this year. Dr. prescribed same lens again. This time went to 2 other drs after becoming dizzy to find DEFINATELY WRONG PRESCRIPTION. Walmart wont do anthing. Seems like no attorney wants to either. Is it b ecause they are afraid of Walmart? Please help

Re: Wrong Prescription ... TWICE
I am guessing it is because your argument is not strong enough to take on a contingent fee basis. If you are able to pay a retainer that would allow the attorney to work on an hourly rate you would have no problem find an attorney to help you out.
