Help with not going to AIT
I am currently a student at Temple University as a Sophmore. I enlisted in the army may of l2005 and went to basic training all of summer 2005. But in order for me to catch up on my credits I desperately need to graduate I went into the ROTC program. Now they said I will be able to contract with them in September but my AIT was suppose to start this summer again cause I had split-ops. Will I get in trouble and get arrested for not going?? I am currently taking summer classes. Help!!

Re: Help with not going to AIT
You need a LOT of help - but that doesn't mean that it's impossible. Please contact a friend of mine, Peter Goldberger, Esq. in Philly [phone # should be in book], and tell him that I referred you to him. I don't know what he charges, but he can look at all of your enlistment & ROTC paperwork and give you the appropriate advice. Hopefully the ROTC people can assist you as well. Good Luck to you.
