Legal Question in Military Law in Pennsylvania
Length of Unpaid Military Leave
How long is unpaid military leave according to federal/state law? Can an employer terminate an employee completely, or just legally able to terminate benefits & allow employee to pay for them until return?

Re: Length of Unpaid Military Leave
You are referring to Re-employment and employment rights for the Guard and Reserve. There is a federal statute that regulates that. I think if you go to www.esgr.mil you should find some helpful general information and someone to contact.
If that doesn't work and you have a specific problem feel free to contact us by email.
