Legal Question in Military Law in Pennsylvania
Military Pay
As a govt. entity,are we required to pay an employe his full wage in addition to what he recieves for National Guard training or may we compensate him the difference as long as there is no loss of pay.

As a government entity, you are already represented by counsel. You need to address this issue to your counsel. It would be unethical for a private attorney to come between your organization and its counsel.
