Time limit for new trial after winning your appeal
My brother won his appeal on 12/13/01 in the military appeals court but still has not heard anything since.He has not even been given a new military attorney. How long after winning appeal does the goverment have to set a new trial date?

You did not say which appellate court reversed the case, which might make a significant difference.
The other factor is whether or not your brother is currently in custody.
