Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
911 killed my mom
My mother was hit by a car a couple of years ago. I beleive 911 's failure to arrive promptly at the seen killed her. It to a police vehicle an hour to arrive to the seen , and an ambulance 2 hours. She died shortly after arriving to the hospital . I recently was told my statue of limitations has not run out . I would like to pursue a law suit. The parties involved would be myself , 2 sisters and brother. Were do I go from here? What amount should be asked for in a law suit? What is taken into consideration?

You need to find a lawyer asap. It is too difficult to determine whether the statue has run without tallking to the executor/adminstrator of the estate and the family. In addition, the damage aspect must be reviewed carefully to see who is responsible and what amount the case is worth. Thes case are difficult. I urge you to seek representation by someone who knows how to handle these cases.

Frankly, I don't understand why you are wasting
time posing your question to LawGuru. You should
identify a personal injury law firm in your local area
at once and give them all the facts. They will tell
you if you have a good case. This is too important
to be sitting on the statute of limitations clock trying
to figure this out yourself. You need to talk to
a lawyer right now. It is free since most firms take
a good case on contingency basis. "no recovery no fee"
