Legal Question in Personal Injury in Pennsylvania
Accident
I recieved a letter stating I was involved in an automobile accident and it was my fault. They want my auto insurance information for damages and personal injury however I was never in no such accident but they have my name and address. What do I do? How can they procede if they think its me even if I tell them its not me. I believe my information was given to them but I am scared that they may try to take my house for something I didnt do.

Re: Accident
With all due respect to my Virginia colleagues, they missed an important step.
1. I agree, don't worry; it's likely to be an innocent mixup and they'll go find the right guy as soon as they are informed it's not you.
2. If you have auto insurance, you should notify your company. It's their job to defend you from any claims involving auto liability, even if completely unfounded. Since you weren't involved in any accident, it can't affect your premiums.
You could wait to see if the claim is dropped based on step 1. However, insurance policies require notice of claim as soon as possible, and I would be inclined to notify them of the claim and ask them to hold off on any activity until the claimant has a chance to withdraw the demand per step 1.
Re: Accident
You would be well advised to schedule a consultation with an attorney to whom you can recount all the facts and who then will be able to advise you regarding any legal exposure that you may have, if any.
Re: Accident
If you were not involved then don't worry. Reply to the letter and tell them that you were not involved and ask them to send you any data which suggests you were involved, since you want to clear your name
