I had an accident at work damaging my finger .Had surgery and physical therp .finger will never be the same still have a lot of pain .Am I able to get any compinacin from my work for the lose use of the finger ?

Yes. Work Comp Rules provide for loss of use of a finger (you don't necessarily have to lose the finger, just loss of use of it). Feel free to call to discuss.
