Airbag Burns
I incurred second degree burns of the hands and arms from deployment of the airbag during an accident. While I am grateful that they deployed, are burns ''normal'' or the product of a 'problem' with the airbag. Is this something to accept or to legally pursue?

While the airbag was designed to deploy in the event of an accident, it certainly wasn't designed to cause burns to an occupant of the car.
Generally speaking, manufacturers of products can be held liable for injuries that are caused to purchasers of their products. Of course, there are many issues of causation that have to be addressed.

Burns can happen. Unless they aresevere and have left you without use, the case is probably not worth pursuing. However, if the accident was not your fault, you can blame the other driver for the injury and that is worth pursuing
